Bangladesh Platform Agreement

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the hibagee platform — including its website, mobile interface, games, sports betting markets, payment facilities, and customer support services — you ("the Player", "you", "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with any supplementary policies incorporated by reference herein, including but not limited to the hibagee Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the hibagee platform and close your account. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and hibagee in relation to your use of the platform. No prior representations, understandings, or agreements — whether oral or written — that are not expressly set out in this document shall have any binding effect.

By agreeing to these terms, you also confirm that you are not acting on behalf of any third party and that all funds used on hibagee are your own and are not derived from any unlawful activity. hibagee may at any time request documentation to verify the source of funds in your account.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active account on hibagee, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing and using hibagee voluntarily, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of any employee of hibagee or any of its affiliated game providers, payment processing partners, or technology vendors.
• You are not using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence system to access, play, or manipulate any game or betting market on hibagee.
• You have not been previously self-excluded from hibagee or had an account permanently closed for terms violations.
• You are acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• All personal information you provide during registration and KYC verification is accurate, complete, and current.

hibagee employs age verification procedures as part of its KYC process. Where the platform has reasonable grounds to suspect that a registered player may be under 18, the account will be suspended immediately and all funds held pending identity verification. If it is confirmed that a player is under 18, the account will be permanently closed and any deposits may be forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.

hibagee does not knowingly accept registrations from minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor in your care has registered an account, please contact the hibagee support team immediately at support@hibagee.

Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on hibagee. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. hibagee reserves the right to permanently close all duplicate accounts and to withhold any balances held therein.

3.1 Registration Information

During the registration process, you will be required to provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address within Bangladesh, a valid email address, and a valid mobile number. This information must match the identity documentation you will be required to submit during KYC verification.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your username and password — strictly confidential. hibagee will never ask you to share your password with any member of its staff. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify the hibagee support team immediately and change your password without delay.

3.2 KYC Verification

hibagee is required to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered accounts. As part of this process, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following documents: a government-issued national ID card, passport, or driver's licence; proof of residential address dated within the last three months (such as a utility bill or bank statement); and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by hibagee may result in account suspension and the withholding of any pending withdrawals.

3.3 Account Security

hibagee strongly recommends that all players enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their accounts. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your hibagee account credentials. hibagee shall not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to maintain adequate password security.

hibagee processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via the following methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay. Bank transfers are also accepted via Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum single-deposit limit, although hibagee reserves the right to apply transaction limits at its discretion for security or compliance purposes. All deposits are processed in real time via mobile financial services (MFS) such as bKash and Nagad. Deposits credited to your hibagee wallet are available for use immediately upon confirmation of the transaction.

You must only deposit funds from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Depositing funds from a third-party payment account is prohibited. If hibagee determines that a deposit has been made from a third-party account, the deposit may be reversed and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) and must be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. hibagee aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 24 to 72 hours; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being processed at the time.

Withdrawals may be delayed or suspended in the following circumstances: where KYC documentation has not been fully verified; where a bonus wagering requirement has not been met; where there is a security review or fraud investigation active on the account; or where hibagee has reasonable grounds to believe the account has been used in breach of these terms.

4.3 Currency and Exchange

All account balances, bonuses, and transactions on hibagee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). hibagee does not offer currency exchange services. No foreign currency deposits are accepted. The ৳ symbol used throughout the hibagee platform represents the Bangladeshi Taka exclusively.

hibagee offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL season, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the terms set out in this section and any additional specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

All bonuses issued by hibagee are subject to wagering requirements unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms. The wagering requirement for a bonus specifies the total amount that must be wagered before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means ৳30,000 in qualifying wagers must be completed before withdrawal is permitted).

Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100% of each wager placed, while table games, live casino games, and sports betting markets may contribute at a reduced percentage or may not contribute at all toward wagering. The specific contribution rates are published in the relevant promotion's terms.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Each hibagee bonus or promotion is available to eligible players only. A player is not eligible for a specific promotion if any of the following apply: the player has already claimed the same bonus previously; the player's account has not completed KYC verification; the player has an outstanding unmet wagering requirement from a previous bonus; or the promotion has expired or the player does not meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in the offer.

hibagee reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice. In the event of any inconsistency between the general terms in this document and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or manipulate bonus offers — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, coordinated wagering between accounts, or the use of any system designed to circumvent wagering requirements — constitutes bonus abuse. hibagee reserves the right to confiscate any winnings derived from bonus abuse and to permanently close the accounts involved without further notice.

All casino games available on hibagee — including slot games from Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, and Microgaming, live casino tables from Evolution Gaming and Ezugi, and sports betting markets — are provided by certified third-party game suppliers. hibagee does not control the underlying Random Number Generator (RNG) software used in these games; however, all game providers featured on the platform are required to hold valid certifications from recognised independent testing laboratories confirming the fairness and randomness of their game outcomes.

6.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following forms of conduct are strictly prohibited on hibagee and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of balances:

• Using any bot, script, automated software, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with any game, sports market, or platform feature.
• Exploiting any software bug, glitch, or error in any game or platform feature for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known software error are void.
• Colluding with other players in any live casino table game or poker variant to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any form of card counting software or device-assisted strategy in live blackjack or baccarat games.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any hibagee platform code, game engine, or RNG system.
• Placing any bet or wager intended to deliberately trigger a chargeback, refund, or payment reversal via your payment provider.

6.2 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or connectivity disruption that affects the outcome of a game or sports bet, hibagee reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the staked amount to the player's account. The voiding of rounds due to technical malfunction does not entitle the player to any compensation beyond the return of the original stake. All game malfunction decisions made by hibagee are final.

6.3 Sports Betting Rules

All sports betting markets on hibagee — including pre-match and in-play markets for BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers fixtures — are subject to the specific sports betting rules published in the hibagee sportsbook section. In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable market-specific rules. Where a match is not completed within a specified timeframe from the original scheduled start time, bets may be voided and stakes returned at hibagee's discretion.

hibagee is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players in Bangladesh. Gambling is a form of adult entertainment and should never be treated as a source of income, a financial solution, or a method for recovering previous losses. If at any point gambling ceases to be enjoyable and begins to cause financial, emotional, or personal distress, hibagee strongly encourages the player to use the responsible gaming tools available on the platform or to seek external support.

7.1 Responsible Gaming Tools

The following tools are available to all registered hibagee players from within the account settings panel:

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum deposit cap on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. Limits take effect immediately upon setting and cannot be increased for a minimum cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure automatic notifications that alert you after a specified continuous play duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days during which you will not be able to log in, deposit, or place any bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a longer-term exclusion of 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanent exclusion. During self-exclusion, your account is fully locked. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.

hibagee monitors account activity for indicators of problematic gambling behaviour. Where the platform identifies behavioural patterns consistent with harmful gambling — such as extended sessions, rapid re-depositing after significant losses, or escalating deposit amounts — hibagee may proactively reach out to the player to offer support and responsible gaming tools, and may in some cases apply protective account restrictions without prior request from the player.

hibagee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or use of funds derived from unlawful activity.
• Confirmed or suspected multi-accounting.
• Bonus abuse or any form of exploitative or collusive gameplay.
• Chargebacks initiated against hibagee through a payment provider.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Regulatory, compliance, or security requirements that necessitate account restriction.

In the event that an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account balance will be frozen until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance released. If a breach is confirmed, hibagee reserves the right to forfeit the balance in full or in part depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request the closure of your hibagee account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing support@hibagee. Upon receipt of a closure request, hibagee will process the closure within a reasonable timeframe. Any remaining balance in your account at the time of closure (net of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method. Account closure requests made as part of a self-exclusion request are processed under the Responsible Gaming policy and take immediate effect.

8.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hibagee's total liability to any player in connection with the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. hibagee shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform.

hibagee does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where reasonably practicable. hibagee accepts no liability for losses incurred as a result of platform downtime, connectivity issues, or third-party payment processing failures outside its direct control.
